No app needed. The card is added directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when they scan your QR code. It's the same process as adding an airline boarding pass or concert ticket to their wallet.

We'll discuss your business, set up your stamp card design with your branding, configure your reward rules (e.g. "10 stamps = 1 free"), and make sure your team knows how to use the Staff app. Most shops are scanning their first customer within the hour.

They open their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and show the branded loyalty card. It shows their current stamp count, how many more they need, and a QR code for staff to scan. It updates live every time a stamp is added.
