We believe in full transparency. Here's an honest, up-to-date comparison of KN Loyalty versus 11 alternatives — so you can make the right choice for your business.
Most loyalty platforms require your customers to download yet another app. KN Loyalty puts the card directly in the wallet they already use every day.

† Stampet uses a shared “universal” card network — the card shown to your customers is branded as Stampet, not your business.
Partial entries explained: Loyal-T “Partial” wallet — QR-based cards only, no native Apple/Google Wallet pass format. Loopy Loyalty “Limited” points — basic spend-based points only, no custom rules. Loopy Loyalty “Limited” multi-location — available but requires separate accounts per location, no unified dashboard. Loyalzoo “Limited” multi-location — POS-dependent; cross-location reporting not available on standard plans. Highlightcards “Limited” enterprise — managed service only, no self-serve enterprise or white-label. TapMango “Limited” enterprise — available but US-only contract terms, no UK-based support.
These platforms serve a similar market — here's exactly how they differ from KN Loyalty.
Loyal-T is our closest competitor — a UK QR loyalty platform at a similar price. But here's the key difference: when a customer signs up with Loyal-T, the card shows "Loyal-T" branding, not your business name. You're building loyalty for their network, not yours. KN Loyalty gives every business a fully branded card — your logo, your name, your colours. Beyond branding, Loyal-T lacks wallet integration, multi-location support, onboarding, and any enterprise option.
Stampet has a free entry plan and wallet integration, but their model uses a shared "universal" network — your customers' card is branded as "Stampet," not your business. Your customers are building loyalty to Stampet, not to you. KN Loyalty gives every business a fully branded card: your logo, your colours, your name. Stampet also has no onboarding call, no enterprise or white-label option, and basic email tools.
Highlightcards is a strong wallet-based alternative with a similar approach to KN Loyalty. Their pricing scales significantly at higher tiers (£199/month) and they don't include onboarding calls or an enterprise tier with dedicated infrastructure. KN Loyalty's Growth plan at £39.99/month undercuts their comparable tier significantly.
Loopy Loyalty is one of the original digital stamp card platforms and has good wallet integration. However, it's USD-priced, US-focused in its support, lacks email campaign tools, has limited multi-location capability, and no enterprise option. For UK businesses, support hours and billing in USD can create friction.
Square Loyalty is powerful — if you're already committed to the Square ecosystem. But it requires Square as your POS (a major lock-in), costs £45/location/month (making multi-location extremely expensive), requires customers to use Square's own app, and has no wallet integration. For independent businesses not already on Square, it makes no sense.
Loyalzoo combines loyalty with basic marketing and integrates with several POS systems. It requires customers to download the Loyalzoo app — a significant barrier to adoption. It's also priced in USD, US-focused, has limited multi-location capability, and no wallet integration or enterprise option.
TapMango gives each business a branded app — which sounds great in theory. In practice, getting customers to download a branded app for a local coffee shop or barber is extremely difficult. Their entry price of $99/month is 5× more expensive than KN Loyalty's Starter plan, and they have no UK-based support or GBP pricing.
Marsello is an all-in-one marketing + loyalty platform popular with retail and restaurant chains. It has strong email and SMS tools, but is priced significantly higher ($99/month entry), has no wallet integration, requires customers to use a digital card via a link rather than a wallet pass, and is overkill for most independent local businesses.
KN Loyalty's Enterprise plan includes dedicated infrastructure — something most SMB loyalty platforms don't offer at any price point.

We believe in transparency — here's when you should probably look at a different platform instead.
KN Loyalty is built for physical, walk-in businesses. If most of your sales happen online, look at LoyaltyLion or Yotpo which integrate with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
KN Loyalty is a loyalty and marketing layer — not a point-of-sale system. If you need loyalty tightly integrated with your POS, Square Loyalty (if you use Square) might make more sense.
For 50+ location operations with complex global loyalty logic, enterprise platforms like Comarch or Salesforce Loyalty Management may better suit your needs — though at significant cost.
