Getting Set Up

After your 30-minute onboarding call, your digital stamp card will be live and ready for customers to scan. We handle everything: customising your card design, setting your reward rules, and making sure your team knows how to use it. Most shops scan their first customer within the hour.

Just a phone or laptop to join the onboarding call, that's it. We don't need access to your till system, you don't need to buy any hardware, and there's no software to install. If you have a logo for your card, have it ready, but we can also work with text-only branding.

No hardware required. Your staff use the KN Loyalty Staff app on any existing phone or tablet. Your QR code can be displayed on a printed card, a tablet, or shared as a link. We'll sort everything you need.

Yes. KN Loyalty works alongside any till or payment system — Square, iZettle, Lightspeed, or a traditional till. It doesn't need to integrate with anything; staff simply use a separate phone or tablet to manage stamps.

For Your Customers

No. The loyalty card is added directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when the customer scans your QR code. It works just like adding an airline boarding pass, one tap and they're done in under 20 seconds.

Apple Wallet comes pre-installed on all iPhones. Google Wallet is pre-installed on most Android devices — and free to download for any Android user. Over 90% of smartphone users worldwide have access to one or the other.

On the Starter plan we collect name and email. On Growth you also get phone number and any custom fields you define, like birthday or preferences. All data is stored securely and you own it completely. You can export it whenever you like.

Yes, on the Growth plan. Customers earn and redeem stamps at all your locations using the same card. Staff at any branch can see their full visit history across all locations.

Features

Push notifications are delivered via the wallet pass — not through a separate app. On Apple devices (iPhone), they appear on the lock screen with your message, business name and icon. Android support varies by device and OS version. Full push notification preview is available on Apple devices only. We'll walk you through exactly what's possible on your onboarding call.

Stamp cards give one stamp per visit (e.g. "10 stamps = 1 free coffee"). Points cards let you award variable points based on spend or actions — for example, 1 point per unit of spend, with rewards starting at 100 points. Points cards are available on the Growth plan and above.

Yes, on the Growth plan. You can send bulk email campaigns to your entire customer list, or to customers from a specific location. You can also segment by visit frequency — for example, targeting customers who haven't visited in 30 days.

Pricing & Plans

No contracts. KN Loyalty is month-to-month so you can cancel any time with no fees. Yearly plans are paid upfront but can be cancelled for a pro-rated refund.

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current features until then.

Before cancelling, you can export your full customer list and visit history at any time. Your data is yours and we'll never hold it hostage or charge you to access it.
